# How to close Program at End of Day

Click on **End of Day**.

Check options to complete multiple closing procedures.

Check **Run End of Day Reports**.

Check Report types you wish to run.

Click on**Start** to run all checked options.

If you want report to be emailed, check **Email reports** option and type email address in the box.

If you want to**Back up your company data** check the corresponding option. Click on **Browse** button to indicate the path.

Select location where you want to save backup copy and click**OK.**

If you want to exchange data with QuickBooks, select the corresponding option. Click on **Start** to run all checked options.
