  • Days have been removed from Time Clock Durations. Durations are now calculated and displayed in hours.
  • The Hours Summary section has been removed from the Time Clock screen.
  • Time and date fields in the Time Punch Editor are now separated, making it easier to select each value individually.
  • The employee is now displayed in an uneditable textbox in the Time Punch Editor, instead of being shown in a greyed-out dropdown.
  • Clicking the date field in the Time Punch Editor now opens a date picker for selecting the date.
  • Time in the Time Punch Editor can be changed using the mouse wheel or by dragging the hour, minute, or am/pm wheel up or down with the mouse.
  • Manual input for both date and time fields in the Time Punch Editor is disabled, ensuring values are selected only through pickers.
  • Time selection in the Time Punch Editor no longer displays seconds, showing only hours and minutes.
  • Consolidated the "Pay Periods" functionality from Admin → Employees → Time Clock → Pay Periods into Admin → Employees → Time Clock.
  • Removed the Export feature from the new Time Clock section.
  • Enhanced sorting by employee name: sorting now automatically applies to both first and last names, followed by date and time in descending order.
  • Moved "Time Clock Editor" functionality into the Employee Editor. The Employee Editor now displays each employee's Clock In/Out status and provides the ability to Clock In or Clock Out employees directly.
  • The "Clock In Enabled" option has been renamed to "Use Time Clock" and relocated from Admin → Employees → Time Clock → Time Clock Editor to Admin → Employees → Employee List. If this option is unchecked, the Time Clock button and all related references will now be hidden throughout the application.
  • The "Module Log In Required" and "Lock screen after completed Point of Sale transaction" options have been moved from Admin → Employees → Log In to Admin → Company Preferences → Store Options for improved accessibility and configuration.
  • Enhanced button text visibility in the Metro Dark Theme. Button text now remains clear and easy to read when hovered with the mouse.
  • The "Test" button now activates immediately after entering or editing the Vantiv Merchant ID. Previously, it only became active after the field lost focus
  • Users can no longer select future dates when generating reports, ensuring all report date ranges are valid and based on current or past dates only.
  • Added ability to use existing record for entered terminal name if one exists allowing for easy swap between client and server computers, or restore of connection after user config corruption.
  • Backup now checks permissions before starting. If direct backup is not possible, a temporary file is used and then copied to the target location
  • Fixed an issue where Stock Administration allowed changes without prompting to save when switching modules
  • Tag Printing Settings now restrict input to numeric values for both Quantity and Margin fields
